There and Back Again

First day of October - my favorite month of the year! I love October because for me, it is the official start of the autumn season. It is also the time of the year when my sisters and I drive to this coastal town called Half Moon Bay for their annual Pumpkin Festival. Additionally, Daylight Saving Time ends the last Sunday of October, giving me one additional hour to sleep every morning until spring returns. And yes, October is the month of my birthday! I will be 29 this year. Can’t believe I’m nearing the big three-O! I don’t even feel old at all. I just feel…heavy. LOL!

Well I have to come up with a birthday wish list. Don’t know what I want this year. Last year I remember I wanted anything that was Harry Potter related. Now that I have all of the collectible items, I can’t think of anything else. Well, I have a few weeks to come up with the list. I’m sure I’ll think of something before then.

Starting today, I am going to start including in my entries information on what CD I’m listening to while writing. Today, I am listening to Joshua BellÂ’s Mendelssohn/Bethoven Violin Concertos CD.
