So what do you think of the new layout? Pretty slick, as far as I’m concerned. Once again, a big thanks to my sister for the design and the hard work. I am hardly literate when it comes to web design. I just fill in the blanks. But my dear sister, it’s her hobby, her forte, her mission in life. Thank you, thank you, thank you!…

For this new look, I decided to retire About Adam and Me & My Pen for maintenance reasons. I hate to see the two blogs go but maintaining four blogs is a bit too much. Recruiter’s Lair however, is still up and running. I couldn’t let that one go…

The long weekend is coming to an end and other than a new look for my blog, nothing exciting happened these past 4 days. I have been lazy as a log, eating horrendous amounts of carbohydrates that I shouldn’t be eating, watching DVDs, writing short stories I can’t quite finish, fuming over the series of misfortunes that seem to follow the SF 49ers this season, and wondering how the hell is Vaughn (as in Alias’ CIA Agent Michael Vaughn) going to fix the love-triangle mess that is starting to bug me! It’s all good though cause lazy weekends are just my idea of a great weekend. And as fate would have it, tomorrow is Tuesday and it’s back to work. Back to 5 classification reclassification write-ups that need to get done, Senior Civil Engineer and Librarian interviews to prep, and numerous phone messages to return and email notes to respond to. Indeed, all good things must come to an end…
