The one adjective that comes to mind immediately is small. 

2. Using two adjectives, describe your current employer.
My current employer is service-oriented and structured. 

3. Using three adjectives, describe your favorite hobby/pastime.
My favorite hobbies are fun, mind-stimulating yet lazy. Otherwise, it wouldn’t be considered a hobby.

4. Using four adjectives, describe your typical day.
My typical day is fast-paced and busy with meetings after meetings, phone calls and emails to respond to, and clients to pacify and hand-hold. It’s also stimulating because I am always thinking and troubleshooting. It can also be rewarding. There is always an end to every project and every recruitment and a solution to every problem and sometimes, just sometimes, you are able to make someone happy with the solution and the end and that’s when you know you did something worthwhile.   

5. Using five adjectives, describe your ideal life.
Probably like everyone else I strive for a life that is abundant, healthy, joyous, peaceful and above all, free.
