There and Back Again

Yesterday at our staff meeting, my immediate boss - the department’s assistant director - made the rumor an official fact. He was retiring this coming March. Knowing him, he will spend his days traveling all over the world. It’s sad news though we are happy for him. He is a wealth of knowledge and a champion of our causes. He wrote most of rules and procedures and he just knows every little thing there is to know about human resources.

He’s a great boss! He will be missed.
