I’ve been contemplating getting a dog and have been thinking lately about the pros and cons. Well a friend of mine, who knows A LOT about dogs, told me this is the dog I should get:
A Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I read a bit about the breed and it seems adorable - the ultimate lap dog it’s called. But the dog has issues, heart issues. Congenital heart issues. I don’t think I can handle that…

I love them, but alas, after losing Bear to his pancreatitis and cancer, to get a dog that has known issues? Don’t think I could do it. Seems all breed dogs have known issues these days. Get a mixed pooch that is tiny. Like a cocker-poo or some other tiny little lap dog.

Were u able to get one? They are very sweet and lovable. My brother has one, ours is shih-tzu…And their hair does not shred always compared to the hairy ones..And they have cute long ears too…hehehhe..Whatever type of dog, get one Lay..Having a pet is something u look forward to when u get home especially when u had a long day… I used to be apprehensive owning a pet- but now, no regrets…
