There and Back Again

Now doesn’t he look amazing? I just watched the DVD of a movie called Rancid which is, I think one of Matthew Settle’s newest movies. I first “met” Mr. Settle in the movie Band of Brothers where he played the unforgettable Lt./Capt. Ronald Spiers. He was also quite a darling in the Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood albeit his role was itty-bitty and in the TNT television series, Into the West. Alas, he was forgettable in The Celestine Prophecy. Come to think of it, that whole movie was forgettable.

Anyway, in Rancid he was just adorable! The character he played was not quite adorable but Matthew Settle, the actor, was. I now have a school-girl crush on him. A shame!
